Congress Plan A Good Start

Congress recently opened up a bi-partisan immigratin plan. While the plan is good there is still work to be done. The plan essentially allows amnesty, which I for one dont want. The immigration plan does however show that Congress can work together to get things done. The plan is a start but needs much imporvement.
